Conditions of Booking

All stays are a 2 night minimum.

A deposit of $300.00 is required upon booking to secure your accommodation dates.

Balance of payment is required 14 days prior to arrival

Arrival time from 10.00am, earlier by arrangement

Departure time 4pm

Pets are permitted, just not on the furniture, please – paws on floors!

Smoking is not permitted inside any buildings, you are welcome to smoke on the decks, please use ashtrays provided.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to postpone your stay, we will endeavour to do our best to assist you in rescheduling.

Should you need to cancel your stay within 60 days of your booking date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel within 30 days, your full deposit will be forfeited.

No refund or rescheduling will be given if guests fail to arrive.
